Solis comprises 24 apartments in Mortlake, conceived as a calm, architecturally resolved residential building set within generous landscaped grounds. The project draws on classical principles of proportion and symmetry, expressed through contemporary construction.

Executed with rigorous attention to detail, the building delivers refined interior environments defined by material restraint and long-term durability. Solis received the MBA Award in 2023 for Excellence in Housing, acknowledging the quality of its design execution and construction outcome.
